The Lead Test Engineering role is responsible for ensuring that all applications, system products, projects, and solutions meet defined enterprise quality standards. Provide centralized, independent quality assurance services across the firm, including functional and non-functional testing for all products, services, and applications across businesses. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions, providing testing expertise, oversight, and direction to ensure the functionality of solutions and that design specifications are met.

What You’ll Do:

n

n- Prepare, maintain and implement test cases based on user stories; present results and supervise defects to closure n- Prepare, maintain and execute automated test scripts n- Maintain traceability from business requirements through test cases to automated scripts n- Track test execution achievements, report on issues and risks with the potential to affect project timelines. n- Review test cases / automation approach with collaborators to ensure comprehensive coverage and acquire feedback n- Responsible for Delivery Pipeline adoption n- Construct appropriate end-2-end business scenarios through the application of a broad understanding of business objectives and goals n- Contribute to the Automation development of end-to-end regression. n- Identify dependencies for environmental and data requirements. n- Contribute to standard framework of reusable functions n- Develop a basic understanding of the product being delivered n- Responsible for process compliance & associated documentation n

n- Minimum of 6 years of related experience n- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience n- Advanced java / Selenium development skills with significant experience applying those skills in test environments. n- Ability to develop, maintain, improve and complete complex automated scripts using Selenium. n- Able to interpret technical designs and specifications and design automated solutions accordingly. n- Capable of working on multiple work streams concurrently in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking and context switching. n- Python development skills is a plus n- Experience on API and AWS tools a plus n
