As the Operations Risk & Control Associate, you will closely collaborate with the management team in the execution and approvals of daily functions, as well as strategic and tactical initiatives. You will also apply capabilities to streamline operational processes, mitigate risk, and meet other organizational objectives.

What You'll Do

n

n- Carrying out processing and/or approval activities while strictly adhering to procedures and timelines n- Interacting with internal DTC teams, as well as external participants and agents to achieve task completion n- Independently analyzing the current business processes and identifying areas of improvement n- Writing and maintaining procedures n- Enhance data capture and reporting capabilities n- Leading various initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs, and regularly presenting updates to stakeholders n
