    Position summary

    offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

    The impact you will have in this role:

    As a member of the Asset Services Team, the Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting the Asset Services business area and leadership team. The Asset Services Chief of Staff role is dedicated to delivering excellence by managing senior management, Board reporting and supporting key business priorities, leadership meetings and client engagement.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Support Asset Services business management staff with creation of PowerPoint slide deck presentations, compilation of meeting notes, key actions items from staff meetings and maintenance of a wide variety of documents used for Senior Management engagements, client engagement, IMC materials, Board presentations and client presentations

    • Support all Asset Services business lines in achieving their strategic objectives, which may include project management, task management, moderating meetings, coordination with key partners and client outreach

    • Weekly snapshot consolidation and effective challenge

    • Support Asset Services Advisory Council (ASAC) planning, compiling of materials, survey and identifying topics / panel discussions

    • Maintenance of Asset Services SharePoint site and centralized calendar for committee meetings, leadership travel, and upcoming rule filings for transparency

    • Maintenance and support for updates to Service Guides, Fee Guides, User Guides, and other internal and client-facing materials

    • Support Asset Services business recaps including annual accomplishments that are shared with the Board, including Department Goals and Corporate Goals

    • Support ad hoc projects that are prioritized by the Asset Services GM and Leadership Team (i.e. support activities include research, data gathering, analysis, consistency of messaging)

    • Support planning for key Asset Services business meetings including action tracking to bring commitments to closure

    • Support Asset Services Strategy planning, compiling of materials, metrics, and business cases

    • Support Asset Services business recaps including revenue reporting, billing, and annual accomplishments that are shared with the General Manager and Executive Committee

    • Contribute to customer facing and internal project-specific communications (Important Notices, FAQs, press releases, newsletter articles, fact sheets)

    • Update and maintain all customer facing web content for Asset Services

    • Conduct analysis of the customer satisfaction survey to measure, monitor and report on customer satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 6 years of related experience

    • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
