Being a member of the Solutions Program Management Office (SPMO) team means you will be part of a diverse and collaborative team. The Project Manager, reporting to the Program Manager, is accountable for driving projects key to business strategy for DTCC Solutions businesses. The position requires the right mix of proven experience and skills, an ability to flex, strong communication and excellent correspondence skills, and a high-level of energy to get things done. This highly visible role will partner directly with the leadership team across DTCC Business Solutions and Technology to support cross functional activities and drive program benefits realization. Your primary responsibilities: n

n- Support the Program Manager by performing various aspects of the project management lifecycle for initiatives assigned to you, while adhering to standards and tools defined by the SPMO n- Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define cross-functional plans, achievements, project scope, governance models, develop roadmaps, etc. n- Successfully plan and track execution while maintaining engagement of collaborators, this entails resolving issues in a timely manner n- Manage risks, issues and dependencies. Clear the path/escalate accordingly n- Coordinate and facilitate partner meetings and manage related follow ups n- Successfully manage partner relationships and team collaboration n- Produce and maintain periodic progress report on project status for senior partners, including senior management, providing transparency and facilitating decision-making. n- Analyze and proactively identify and manage risks. Plan for effective risk mitigation as program progresses n- Ensure senior management remains abreast of status and hold them accountable for facilitating mitigation of risks and resolution of intensified issues n- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report project statuses and issues accurately and call out to management as needed n

Knowledge and Skills Required: n

n- Demonstrates strong leadership, influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills n- Thinks strategically, including thinking outside of the box n- Builds cross-divisional as well as cross-regional relationships n- Delivers regardless of conflict and potentially difficult political agendas n- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills n- Able to quickly assimilate new knowledge n- Proficient with MS Office suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint n- Proficient with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, HP PPM, Jira) n

Talents needed for success: n

n- Minimum of five (5) years in a project management role; able to demonstrate experience using project management standard processes to successfully deliver business initiatives that achieved the desired outcomes n- Experience in the financial services industry preferred n- Bachelor’s degree preferred n- PMP certification highly desirable n
