Your Primary Responsibilities:
n
n- Enforces the rules, regulations, and procedures of the corporation to control access, prevent trespassing and prevent loss or damage to persons or property on premise. Assists with ensuring the safety and security of all staff and guests on site. n- Ensures that security posts are properly staffed and inspects such posts on a regular basis. n- Manages the security force and ensures that Security Officers enforce regulations & procedures. n- Interfaces with other departments and other critical staff to ensure that security services are properly provided. n- Overseeing and managing a Security Operation Center or security control center environment n- Prior experience using security related systems. Report management system, two-way radios, and visitor management systems. n- Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role. n- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled. n- Adheres to written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities while also ensuring that the security team follows these standards. n- Applies knowledge of policies, processes, and procedures to provide guidance and coaching for team members and serves as a resource on raised issues. n- Serves as a resource to senior security management on special projects or broader security impacting assignments and demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliverables on a timely basis. n- Oversees the security & safety to property and delivery access at entry gates, turnstiles, and visitor lobbies; provides information and direction to employees, visitors and contractors. n- Provides response and resolution to critical incidents and other security issues. n- Oversees the patrol operations to DTCC property, preventing trespassing, theft, vandalism, and criminal activities. n- Supports responses to emergency incidents; works with and aids first responders to include federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and other emergency services providers. n- Oversees shift blotter and documents for all security shifts, ensuring that key information is communicated to team members as appropriate. Ensures that administrative records are properly maintained. n- Assists other supervisors and managers in duty assignments, daily operations, and coordinating workflow. n

Talents Needed For Success:

n- Mid-Level n- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred n- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime if required n- 4 or more years of physical security, law enforcement, or military experience. n- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. n- Possess valid state driver's license. n

Additional Qualifications:
n
n- Work experience in leadership within the physical security industry or similar business environment preferred n- 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred n
