The Sr. Operations Associate is responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our customers, developing team members, and leading day-to-day product delivery. This role is involved in a multitude of leadership activities to support the Data Services Business Operations particularly in support of sales, client inquiries and client contact management. Enthusiasm, accountability for results, attention to detail, reliability and flexibility are key to the role's success.

Your Primary Responsibilities: n

n- Vendor management / building strong third party relationships to ensure deliverables are met. n- Define and implement new processes to create efficiencies within the business. n- Client support / provide daily analytical, technical, and general support to clients. n- Enterprise Agile - ensure quarterly key results are met by utilizing JIRA. n- Act as a liaison across multiple cross functional teams to ensure and improve Data Service’s client delivery and support experience. n- Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately. n

Talents Needed for Success: n

n- 5+ years of related experience n- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience n- Excellent command of verbal and written English n- Knowledge of the financial services industry n- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word experience (SQL preferred) n- Working/partnering with various levels of cross functional stakeholders; talking to external vendors n- Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines, and successfully managing competing projects, stakeholders, and priorities (essential) n- Attention to detail, analytical ability (essential) n- Self-Starter: Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision and take both accountability and pride in their work n- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity to learn and mitigate risk n
