The Test Engineer (Software Development Engineer in Test) is a developer in test responsible for development and maintenance of automated test, and work on various software test engineering activities. Experienced in Java and Selenium with the ability to write Test Cases and automate tests that validate the application functionality. Should possess excellent verbal, written and analytical skills, be able to interact with application development teams, business analysts, SME's, business users and project managers to understand requirements and communicate status.

What You’ll do:

n

n- Support overall test engineering activities such as development of Test Approach, Test Cases, and manual test execution as needed. n- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium. n- Integrate Selenium scripts with Jenkins CloudBees. n- Maintain well organized records of test results and generate historical analysis of test results. n- Works closely with application development and other technical teams to Understand how changes in the software product affect maintenance of test scripts. n- Identify internal and external interfaces and develop test cases. n- Ensures all development life cycle test engineering work of other team members, including the review of high-level designs, detail designs, and test plans and results, is completed according to standards n- Assists with issues resolution n

n- Minimum of 4 years of related experience in software testing and test automation using Java/selenium n- Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline. n- Experience in writing SQL queries n- Experience in creation of testing strategy and automation design document n- Experience with ALM, JIRA, and Git n- Experience in API testing is good to have n- Exposure to mainframe batch testing is good to have n
