Analyst- IT (Automation Engineer)

What you'll do:

"The primary responsibility of Analyst - IT is to Design, development and support of automations for the Eaton functions. This position requires hands on knowledge of Power Apps, Power automate, Power virtual agent , Jira , ServiceNow , (Power BI and RPA will be Added advantage).

This role will be part of Eaton's IT - Infrastructure services value chain - Intelligent automation & AIOps team and will be a key member for support, development of power platform solutions. Person should be well versed with agile project delivery principles and hands knowledge on tools like Jira and ServiceNow. "

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline such as: https://B.E / BTech / MCA / Equivalent (EITC) or https://B.S. Comp Sci / Mathematics / Engineering / Equivalent
Overall 4-6 years of experience with minimum 3-5 years hands on experience on Power platform development (Power apps, Power automate, Power virtual agent)

Skills:

Experience on AI, ML, OCR Tools will be added advantage
Knowledge of Agile development through Jira.
Knowledge of ITSM processes, incident and request handling, problem management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of the Organization.
Analytical skill for problem solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use technical skills to research and resolve.
Must demonstrate high drive for results. Should be self motivated"
