Application Engineer - Emergency Lighting - German Speaker

Technical coordination / control of customer inquiry, from the receipt of the inquiry by the customer using innovative engineering solutions to address complex challenges

• Providing information for customer to the delivery of the order enquiries about delivery times and technology using operational technical engineering excellence frameworks

• For customer-specific requests, development of constructive technical engineering solutions together with the relevant specialist departments (project planning, marketing, sales field service, finance)

• Specialist advice on emergency lighting (technology, regulations) for customers and planners leverging technical engineering expertise and statistical analysis tool

• Creation of project-specific tender texts.

• Creation of EL planning as support for the sales department, including light calculation for projects using specialised software (Dialux)

• Creation of design documentation using specialised software (ESPlan / Bidmanager).

• Supporting the field sales team in developing emergency lighting solutions and providing technical advice to customers and planners.

• Entering project data in the CRM sales information system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering / Engineering Technology, or a related field in engineering

• 3+ years of professional experience in electrical installation and sales

• Familiar with electrical design tools and software

• Fluent speaking and writing in English and German

• Good communicator and strong presentation skills
