Application Engineer LV Assemblies

• Technical Support & Consultation: Work closely with the sales team and customers to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Develop technical and commercial proposals, including product selection, specifications, and pricing.

• Product Demonstration & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, consultants, and contractors.

• Design & Specification Compliance: Ensure that the proposed solutions comply with relevant electrical standards and project specifications.

• Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.

• Customer Engagement: Provide pre-sales support through meetings, site visits, and technical discussions with customers.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to enhance the company's product positioning.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of technical discussions, customer feedback, and project proposals for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Mechatronic engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, application engineering, or a similar role in the electrical panel board or switchgear industry.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of LV panel boards, circuit breakers, protection devices, and electrical distribution systems.

• Good knowledge in the modular LV switchboard systems and relevant IEC standards

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a must, ETAP, EPLAN is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• IOT and digital mind set

• Fluent Arabic is a must

• Preferred Certifications: IEC, NEC, or IEEE Standards knowledge.
