Eaton's EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division division is currently seeking a Assembly Supervisor - 3rd Shift.
What you'll do:
Primary Function:
State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible to directly supervise employees in the Production Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Also, it is his/her responsibility to maintain a safe work environment free of any harassment, discrimination, and high on ethical/quality standards and following and modeling the Leadership Attributes as established by Eaton policies & procedures.
Essential Functions:

Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet High Five areas objectives.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 3 years leadership and supervisory experience in Manufacturing environment
Languages: English and Spanish written and speaking.
Systems: Computer literate: Intermediate knowledge and experience using: Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and Inventory Management Systems.
