We're looking for someone with a proactive, hunter mindset. You'll use data analytics to conduct virtual customer meetings and, when necessary, occasional on-site visits. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within your portfolio, and you'll drive revenue growth by strategically engaging new and existing customers and partners through online and direct interactions.

Professional communication skills in both English and German (minimum B2 level; fluency in German is essential for customer interactions)
Basic technical understanding of electrical concepts, gained through studies or internships, with a willingness to deepen this knowledge through continuous learning
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proactive and engaging communication style - talkative, interactive, and customer-focused
Open-mindedness and adaptability, with a genuine interest in evolving within the electrical sales field
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with search engines and social media platforms, supporting digital engagement and research
Problem-solving mindset, with strong research capabilities and attention to detail
