ns. Handled PF & ESI matters and participated/represented the company in the PF & ESI enquiry proceedings. Command in local langualge - able to read, write and speak in the local language (Tamil).

1. Attending court case hearings, conciliation proceedings, representing before various Govt authorities with respect to legal matters
2. Maintaining all the legal & statutory documents
3. Ensuring 100% compliance with respect to statutory matters
4. Liasoning with the Govt officilas & PR with the local community
5. Maintaining cordial relationship with employees & employee's representatives, understanding shop floor pulse and acting accordingly
6. Initiating disciplinary actions against the erring employees as per standing order & rules and regulations of the company
7. Providing proper support to the employees with respect to welfare measures such as insurance, PF, ESI matters
8. Supporting the ER manager to formulate and execute ER startegies in line with dynamics of the factory
9. Drafting disciplinary action letters, legal replies, management replies to Govt authorities
10. Translating & Drafting letters in local language (Tamil)

Qualifications:

• Education - MBA / MSW HR

• Experience - 8 to 12 years

Skills:

• Hands on experience with respect to Court cases, Conciliations Disciplinary procedures, IR acumne & expertise etc
• Command in local language (Read, Write & Speak)
• Good communication
• Interpersonnel relationship & Influencing skills
• Sound knowledge in labour laws & Statutory requirements
