Business Development Engineer Manager - Industrial Controls and VFD

dustrial Controls and Variable Frequency Drives business across industrial, infrastructure, OEM and commercial construction segments in the Middle East. The BDM will leverage strong engineering expertise to support Business growth, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.

What you'll do:

• Assist customers with application engineering and design selections.

• Work closely with product management, marketing, customer service and engneering to dekiver customer centric solutions and ensure satisfaction.

• Manage and grow business within the middle east region by identifying and pursuing new opportunities across industrial automation by using technical engineering skillset.

• Develop and implement regional business plans in alignment with company goals aligning with company engineering capabilities and product roadmaps.

• Meet or exceed business targets for industrial controls, VFD's and related engineered products

• Provide technical training and support to the internal sales team as well as channel partners, distributors and OEM's

• Serve as a subject matter expert on industrial controls, motor control systems and VFDs.

• Provide regular reports to management on market trends, competition and customer feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• 10 to 12 years experience in the similar field

Skills:

• In depth knowledge of industrial controls and automation

• Building strong relationships, Business planning, Strategic thinking & Leadership attributes
