onally, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and conducting competitive market analyses to enhance product development initiatives
In this role you will:
• Work in conjunction with Finance and directly with Regional Directors to develop forward looking profit plan and monthly forecasts with accuracy so that the operation meets these financial commitments
• Responsible for approving/reviewing the budgeting and procurement of equipment for the business, efficient execution of sales quotes, cost control, leveraging subcontractors, inventory management, managing receivables, and turn of backlog and projects
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to resolve terms & condition issues with the contracts department, and work with collections
• Collaborate with Product Line Management to establish objectives for front-end activities which include customer engagement, proposal creations, targeted growth and win rate
• Collaborate with Product Line Management and Sales to ensure order and product objectives are met, that customer experience is met or exceeded, and to continually sharpen our strategic direction to identify and develop prospective new customers
• Collaborate with HR to assure an effective and skilled staff through recruiting, assessment of talent (find gaps and follow action plans to fill gaps), training & development, goal setting, communications, performance appraisal, and conformance to applicable company policies and standards. Provide leadership and direction to ensure professional growth for employees and retention within the region
• Collaborate with EHS to assure the division views safety as a value and ensures all employees, contractors and equipment are operating in safe and controlled environment
• Key interface with national and key-account customers, sales force, manufacturing plants, product division management, and functional support staff. Interfaces and coordinates with plants, business units, and outside vendors to procure parts and services for Power Distribution Services
• Develop and deploy product/process improvement initiatives and sharing of best practices throughout and across the regions
• You will work cross-functionally to develop and execute talent policies, practices, strategies, and programs to ensure effective recruiting, training, motivation, diversity and retention of a high-performing employees
Your Qualifications:
• Proven ability to leverage resources and relationships within a matrixed organization, and communicate effectively with senior corporate executives, engineers and technicians
• Prior experience as a sizable multi-million P&L owner with proven success in growing incremental business opportunities in the Industrial, Utility, Government, and Institutional markets
• Prior working knowledge of the overall sales function, customer channels to market, and negotiation techniques, along with the ability to manage division, customer, and departmental resources to maximize growth opportunities
• Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in managing and leading a business or functional organization with a track record in delivering on relevant key performance indicators
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related discipline from an accredited educational institution
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or advanced technical degree from accredited educational institution
• Knowledge of power distribution, control products, as well as field service practices and procedures, employee relations and quality programs
• Knowledge and understanding of the Electrical and EESS industry, products, and solutions
• Knowledge of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) market and distribution network served by the regional Satellite locations

The expected annual salary range for this role is $195000.03 - $286000.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
