What you'll do:
Our Buyer Team Leader will join one of largest departments on the Budapest site, Supply Chain Management. The team leader will manage a team of local and remote material planners in BDC; BDC Pune and other potential strategical sites including P2P activities for all external vendors shipping finished products to our main 3 DCs in EMEA. This role will report directly to Manager Materials and Global Supply Chain order manager EMEA, while driving minimum 4 CI a year with Audits and improvements.
As a Buyer Team Lead You Will:
Act as team leader and stay responsible for 1-2 critical vendors with the highest volume
Ensure that your team and you as a leader build up a good relationship and understand the constraints of our external vendors and communicate clearly internally and externally
Manage and lead a team of up to 10 tactical and 1-2 strategical planners and 1-2 P2P people for the main DC's shipments with finished products
Align with your peers if your strategy for external vendors fit with the overall strategy with SFG guidelines and being part of execute with simplification and execution strategy.
Develop and execute defined KPI's and measure your team in Talent Hub and ensure that overall goals on H5.
Drive just in time deliveries towards receiving plants and improve pro-actively S-OTD with corrective actions and include DC's and Quality Department
Cooperating with Process Excellence MM team to creating and archive of standard work procedures and 1x a quarter with a CI event.
Keeping strong customer focus and improve the High 5 with an important focus to reduce slow movers and obsolete material.
Contribute and support implementing new Digital tools defined by Eaton and implement these into our teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Skills:
5 years in a comparable leadership role
SAP MM advanced and key user Level, MS Office advanced Level
Project Management, Presentations, Mentoring and Educating background is a big plus
