upport of the direct manager, develop a cohesive contact data strategy to enable segmentation and targeting of contacts, and work with Sales to ensure their use of Salesforce for contacts and accounts facilitates richer customer engagement.
Localise and manage marketing enablement and promotional materials, including digital content.
With the support of the direct manager, plan and execute EWS and IT partner events, webinars, and other activities to drive partner engagement and lead generation.
Contribute to push/pull campaigns and align Tier 1 activities with Tier 2 campaigns to help generate adequate demand for Eaton offers and maximise sellout of partner inventories (including promotions, incentives, etc.).
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of To- and Through-Channel marketing activities, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage and oversee marketing development found (MDF) for autorised and premium partners
With the support of the direct manager, manage the EWS and IT channel marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Consolidate relationships with key local EWS and IT partners, ensuring marketing alignment on goals and strategies.
Support the digital transformation of the EWS and IT partners by promoting the adoption of new collaborative tools (MyEaton, PRM, e-commerce, APIs, etc.).
Monitor xxx Partner satisfaction regularly and help make Eaton their partner of choice.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Communication/Business School
Min 3 years experience in marketing communcation, preferably in B2B and channel marketing
Skills:
Solid understanding of core marketing disciplines
Knowledge of through-channel business processes is beneficial (including channel business strategy, commercial approaches, and distribution models)
Experience in planning and deploying partner programmes (acquisition, retention, development, and enablement) is advantageous
Proven ability to execute joint marketing activities with partners, including campaign planning, KPI setting, programme execution, budget management, and reporting/analysis
Experience in B2B environments is a plus
Background in channel partner programmes and collaboration with EWS companies is considered an advantage
Experience working with international, cross-functional teams in dynamic, matrixed settings is preferred
