Plan and oversee cost-out, continuous improvement and capital programs for Supply Chain, manufacturing, quality, facilities and information systems for the Airdrie facility.
Facilitate the implementation and reporting of Balanced Scorecard metrics. Report Balanced Scorecard results to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
2-year post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited institution
Five (5) or more years of experience in continuous improvement related role within a manufacturing environment
Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
No relocation provided - candidate must reside within 80km of the Airdrie, AB site
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or post-secondary degree/diploma in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical engineering or business
Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification
Certified LEAN Trainer
Advanced computer skills: MS Office suite including Access, database and reporting software
Advanced Manufacturing Technologies - Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing
