Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree major of Electrical/Mechanical /Industrial engineering
- More than 8 years experience of CI and lean manufacuring
- Lean manufacturing/material flow, I4.0, Digital tools deployment, Certified lean master or Six sigma black belt is preferred
- Collaborative Style, Good leadership and team management experience, English speak and write skill
