The Continuous Improvement role is responsible for leading and executing CI programs in partnership with regional Controllership and delivery teams.
Leveraging Lean principles and Six Sigma Green Belt expertise, the role focuses on building a robust pipeline of data-driven improvement projects and deploying innovative, sustainable solutions across the region.
Key Six Sigma methodologies-including DMAIC, SIPOC, process capability analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical root-cause validation-are applied to enhance accuracy, reduce variance, and strengthen process controls.
In addition, the role utilizes Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, 8 Wastes elimination, 5 Whys, and Fishbone analysis to simplify workflows, eliminate non-value-added activities, and improve cycle time across finance processes.
Responsibilities also include conducting investigative variance reviews, performing impact and trend analyses, and delivering actionable recommendations using structured Lean Six Sigma problem-solving frameworks.
This position champions organization-wide education on the benefits of Lean and CI, driving capability-building across Controllership and cross-functional teams.
This role will require strong project management skills, stakeholder relationship management, ability to identify and manages risk and work in a cross-functional, matrix organization to drive seamless execution of critical CI projects. this role will significantly influence financial results through strategic cost management, waste elimination, variance reduction, and the deployment of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Finance/ Business management or equivalent
10+ years of experience; at least 5 years' experience in a Continous Improvement role and environment (finance/accounting experience required)
