S Internal Audit team and conducts training and audits. Develops implementation plans with business team and operational leaders after quarterly reviews. (Tactical Plans)
F. Facilitates the Plant CI Council that consists of Business Team Leaders, Staff members, and Operational Excellence Leaders. Council monitors CIF Modules and CI metrics, and redirects activities and resources as needed to exceed requirements.
G. If required, conducting independent Eaton Lean Six Sigma System assessments on other Eaton Facilities.
H. Supporting EBS and OpA Deployment and self-assessments leading the Eaton Lean Six Sigma tools category.
I. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identifies, controls and manages risks and dangers in own area.
J. Promotes the company's vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.
K. Motivates and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results
Qualifications:
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE.
A. Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required.
B. 5 - 7 years experience in Lean Manufacturing Engineering deployment in a plant.
C. English - language capability, speaking, reading and writing at business Level required.
D. Strong manufacturing process understanding, organizational, planning and communication skills.
E. Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
F. Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.
G. Strong Leadership skills, must be capable of leading the organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
A. This position requires some travel.

C. Actively increasing knowledge in Lean Manufacturing principles and deployment of them in both manufacturing and office settings.

Manufacturing and Business Process competency addresses the understanding of manufacturing / business processes, capabilities, limitations and process control requirements as well as business strategy (https://i.e., capital intensity, manufacturing footprint, and make versus buy decisions) and how manufacturing process decisions integrate and support the strategy. F. Total Work System Knowledge. Total Work System Knowledge competency addresses: (1) Understanding of the objective, approach and criteria of Eaton's Total Work System and its ELSS related elements / tools, covered within EBS and usually assessed by the EBEA process, (2) understanding of the parent organizations goals related to these EBS elements and their interactions with ELSS deployment and outcome, (3) the ability to integrate the requirements of all these EBS elements / tools with the processes for deploying ELSS, reviewing progress and sustaining the benefits.
