    As a Customer Support Representative your primary function is to communicate and provide commercial support via email, phone, and chat, and case management tool for a portfolio of customers and internal parties.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and efficiency

    • Manage orders end-to-end, including entry, price verification, and order clearing in compliance with Eaton's policies

    • Handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach

    • Coordinate delivery and billing across multiple product lines, ensuring proper sequencing of project orders to meet customer requirements

    • Support a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service activities

    • Assist sales teams across EMEA and external customers with product and service fulfillment, including:

      • End-to-end order status management
      • Repair and calibration requests
      • Product changes or returns
      • Accounts receivable collections
      • Invoicing requirements
      • Contract and lease administration
    • Resolve issues by applying established policies and procedures, while maintaining proactive communication across internal teams and product lines

    • Contribute to a culture that reflects Eaton's values, promotes continuous improvement, and strengthens customer relationships

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (BSC/BA)
    • 1-3 years experience in customer support

    Skills:

    • English language knowledge minimum B2 level
    • Basic MS Office
    • SAP/Oracle knowledge or any case management tool is an advantage
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), customer service attitude, strong attention to details, punctuality, and a problem solving mindset.
