As a Customer Support Representative your primary function is to communicate and provide commercial support via email, phone, and chat, and case management tool for a portfolio of customers and internal parties.
Main responsibilities:
Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and efficiency
Manage orders end-to-end, including entry, price verification, and order clearing in compliance with Eaton's policies
Handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach
Coordinate delivery and billing across multiple product lines, ensuring proper sequencing of project orders to meet customer requirements
Support a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service activities
Assist sales teams across EMEA and external customers with product and service fulfillment, including:
Resolve issues by applying established policies and procedures, while maintaining proactive communication across internal teams and product lines
Contribute to a culture that reflects Eaton's values, promotes continuous improvement, and strengthens customer relationships
