Eaton BSC is seeking a Customer Support Representative - Norwegian Speaker to join our team.
What you'll do:
The primary function is to provide commercial support for portfolio of customers type of project business. Responsible for interfacing with customers and internal parties via email, phone, chat and case management tool.
Main responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BSC/BA)
Preferably 1-3 years experience in customer support, but we are also open to graduates if you are a Norwegian speaker
Skills:
Proficiency in English and Norwegian
Knowledge of other European language is an asset
Basic MS Office skills
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or any Case Management Tool is an advantage
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Customer service mindset, strong attention to detail, punctuality, and problem-solving attitude
