    Position summary

    execute profit plans aimed at achieving specific sales milestones. You will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on profitable business opportunities while driving market expansion efforts by managing the business development managers and front-end application team (6 people in total).

    This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in : Ireland, UK, Germany, Netherlands , Sweden or Norway. Extensive travel within Europe will be required.

    Responsibilties:

    • Drive the business unit's growth targets and implementing the segment strategy

    • Align EMEA segment strategies withing the global segment strategies by actively representing the business unit in working groups with Electrical Sector management

    • Collaborate with the KAM, CSO and segment teams to develop and execute the profit plan, providing technical and commercial insights and application requirements

    • Lead marketing initiatives and guide segment sales and CSOs to drive market expansion

    • Cultivate relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors

    • Drive tendering business by offering system design assistance and application support

    • Assist in optimizing customer designs through product selection, layouts, comparisons, and system configurations

    • Contribute to marketing activities including material development, communication, and participation in trade shows

    • Cultivate new customer relationships and nurture existing ones to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business or relevant

    • Extensive experience of Sales in the data centre industry directly with data centre owner / operators and associated contractors

    • Experience in Electrical Infrastructure design for critical systems including data centre design

    • Extensive experience of Sales in the data centre industry directly with data centre owner / operators and associated contractors

    Skills:

    • Strong and effective communication skills, fluent in English

    • Leadership skills with ability to build collaborative relationships with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders
