    Position summary

    • Helps manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology.
    • Gathers requirement using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, process analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
    • Management of approved requirements specifications & verification of implementation scope.
    • Provides knowledge & input on system implications of process changes.
    • Participates in unit testing, integration testing support & review of training materials.
    • Prepares and provides training as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders.
    • Facilitates regression testing for global solutions as needed prior to migrating to productive system
    • Effectively communicates the status for deliverables to project management and leadership to effectively mitigate risks and resolve issues.
    • Responsible for applying business knowledge and best practices toward solution design for the system.
    • Support the Product Owner in decomposition of epics into features and user stories.
    • Has experience and working knowledge of EDI concepts including standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12.
    • On-boarding of new partner, end to end from Sterling Integrator and Oracle EBS side.
    • Provide translation support for all EDI processes and systems. Function as a primary point of contact for any Oracle/Sterling Integrator related support requests.
    • Analyze support request to identify the root cause resolution and work closely with other Eaton enterprise sectors/groups to implement solutions.
    • Develop and maintain EDI support processes and documentation. Maintain the integrity of the EDI environments.
    • Prepare MRS based on EDI Specification document received from partner.
    • Drive CI initiatives to improve internal EDI as well as business focused processes.
    • Take part in On-Call support activities.
    • Mentor and coach team members in understanding EDI business process within Oracle- Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.

    Qualifications:

    Required (Basic) Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum 4 years of system analysis or Oracle experience
    • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
    • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • IBM B2B Sterling Integrator
    • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Modules - e Commerce Gateway, RLM, Order Management.
    • Experience with EDI standards - EDIFACT, X12
    • Experience with system functional expertise and technical capabilities.
