in the region (CSU and CSO teams, SAMs..), EATON business units and counterparts in Americas and APAC regions of Eaton. In order to successfully drive Digital & Software Services strategy in EMEA the PM will:
Assess, document and validate digital services value proposition for assigned business lines.
Conduct VOCs (both internal and external to Eaton) & Competitors' benchmark to identify best in class solutions.
Work in conjunction with Americas and APAC to align digital service strategy among the regions.
Drive in collaboration with Marketing function the development of a marketing toolkit (web applications, collaterals, campaigns..).
Supervision of digital services implementation by operations teams.
Will drive offering design and productization of Software Services (Cybersecurity, EPMS, DCIM and SCADA).
Keep alignment of the offering development roadmap within product management community (CPS, DPQ, LS, ESS, ET) & KA Account Management team.
IT or Electrical Engineering degree, MBA as a plus
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with added responsibility in new product development and innovation
Strong Digital and Software Knowledge in service activities.
Ability to articulate good balance of technical and commercial acumen.
Ability to engage in highly technical sales, Strong presentation and training capabilities.
Ability to work across divisions
Strong leadership skills to lead and influence others.
Experience with customer meetings and presentations as well as delivering presentations to large groups. Excellent communication skills.
Ability to efficiently cooperate with diverse stake holders in the organization.
Fluent in English, additional languages appreciated.
