Collaborate with the global Bid Manager software development team to streamline Bid Manager releases
Should be able to identify and analyse access requests from Bid Manager end users
Plan and perform the requested assignment within the acceptable quality and TAT
Provide monthly score card updates on the number of requests, progress, and backlog of requests.
Suggest and implement process improvement ideas to speed up the implementation of Bid Manager requests in a more efficient manner.
Develop a healthy working relationship with the Canada team for effective problem resolution and guidance.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, etc, also update all the process trackers in real-time to get a better insight of the workload.
Should be able to identify training requirements and seek training plans to bridge the technical product skill gap.
Familiarity with Lean tools, SoP creation, Kaizen methodology.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Electrical/ Electronics industry for Technical / Commercial services
