    Position summary

    nd communicates uniformly by report outs with bug tracking, requirements test case management and collaboration tools.

    • Cultivates innovation, experimentation, and employee engagement to drive business results and learning throughout the organization.

    • Develops the Continuous Integration /Continuous Development using GitHub, Bamboo and focuses on program and design reviews and engineering work packages.

    • Deploy methodologies like DFSS and DMAIC in product development.

    • Understand customer requirements and communicate them to teams, and act as the liaison for program activities as appropriate.

    Qualifications:

    B.E. / MTech. Electronics, Computer Science, IT

    Skills:

    • 15+ years of overall experience including 5+ years of experience as Manager and 10 years of hands-on expertise in embedded product development, Sustaining and Cost out.

    • Experience leading a team through all stages of the product development cycle.

    • Experience in embedded controls technology and product development.

    • Embedded RTOS, Linux, C, C++, Scrum Methodology

    • Automation Framework, Manual and Automated Testing, Python, Selenium, Test complete, Scrum Methodology

    • LV electronics, TI, NXP microcontrollers based architecture, familiarity with shcemetic design tools, Altium

    • Knowledge in Agile ProLaunch and PreLaunch processes

    • Ability to work with multiple cultures, functions, and regions as well as with technical and non-technical audiences

    • Strong curiosity, creativity, and ability to work with different levels of the organization including senior executives

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Strategic agility in developing organization direction

    • Strong influencing skills

    • Self drive and sense of ownership and accountability
