"A. Provide advanced technical support for escalated PD issues, collaborating with in-country field service teams to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
B. Deliver on-site technical support within the EA region as required, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
C. Develop and enhance the technical skills of field service engineers, ensuring competence in the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PD LVS/MVS equipment.
D. Lead initiatives, in collaboration with factory engineering teams, to build a strong field service installation and testing & commissioning (T&C) team.
E. Work closely with the East Asia Supply Chain team to establish and optimize a spare parts support model, ensuring alignment with warranty obligations.
F. Assist in-country teams in setting up and managing PD spare parts inventory, including monitoring minimum/maximum levels and ensuring adequate support through regional hubs or factories.
G. Support daily field operations and serviceusiness needs by providing expert advice and guidance to in-country teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of Technical Service Experience
Skills:
Extensive experience in field service, technical support, and engineering for power distribution systems (LVS/MVS).
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning procedures for PD equipment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel frequently across the EA region for on-site support."
