Key Responsibilities:
Collect Voice of Customer (VoC), market and regulatory insights relevant to focus portfolio
Market gap and product fit analysis
Local geography product lifecycle management and market price positioning
Tailor and deliver seller and partner enablement
Support sales leadership with product outgrowth strategy
Support demand generation marketing teams when localizing segment campaigns
Represent Eaton on local standards committees and manufacturers' associations
Qualifications:
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Bachelor's degree in technical studies or/and marketing
5+ years of experience in marketing/technical role in the Low voltage & Medium Voltage Power Distribution products
An excellent understanding of the Nordics markets, channels and the related competitive landscape
Advanced knowledge of Electrical products and Fundamentals of electricity (advanced knowledge in EN standards as well as Life Safety Codes is an advantage)
Understanding business basics including revenue projections, business metrics and financial planning, as well as pricing
