    Position summary

    sales organization(s), and the main internal and external communicator about the products, who is fully able to translate technical features into commercial messaging. This position is a part of the EMEA Field Product Marketing organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect Voice of Customer (VoC), market and regulatory insights relevant to focus portfolio

    • Market gap and product fit analysis

    • Local geography product lifecycle management and market price positioning

    • Tailor and deliver seller and partner enablement

    • Support sales leadership with product outgrowth strategy

    • Support demand generation marketing teams when localizing segment campaigns

    • Represent Eaton on local standards committees and manufacturers' associations

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in Norwegian and English

    • Bachelor's degree in technical studies or/and marketing

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing/technical role in the Low voltage & Medium Voltage Power Distribution products

    • An excellent understanding of the Nordics markets, channels and the related competitive landscape

    • Advanced knowledge of Electrical products and Fundamentals of electricity (advanced knowledge in EN standards as well as Life Safety Codes is an advantage)

    • Understanding business basics including revenue projections, business metrics and financial planning, as well as pricing

    Skills:

    • Marketing skills: understanding of demand generation campaigns, digital marketing
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to be persuasive in front of own sales people, customers, partners, industry influencers, competitors, policymakers
    • Be flexible on working arrangements - willingness to travel within the geographical scope frequently, EMEA infrequently
