• Manage key account technical escalations providing support including site visits, to engineers and customers alike, drive escalations to conclusion and provide feedback where necessary.

• Work closely with Project Managers, advising on commissioning considerations and assisting on selection of suitable engineers, carry out site visits as required.

• Assist Project Management Organization with support of high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.

• Maintain direct links with business units (factories) and act as focal point for all technical exchange regarding the commissioning procedures and testing.

• Manage sub contractor teams.

• Perform Health & Safety audits of Field Service Engineer and subcontractors ensuring the high standards required by EATON are maintained.

• Any other adhoc duties in line with role.

Qualifications:

• Installer electrical background, suitable electrical education, B.sc. in Electrical engineering is advantage

Skills:

• Three phase electrical installation or maintenance experience.
• Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution.
• English and Finnish skills (Fluent)
• Communication skills / Customer Focus / Flexibility / Be able to work together with different cultures / Able to follow instructions / Proactive
