D. Manage sub-contracting terms and conditions with service providers and all third parties involve in the projects.
E. Work and collaborate with cross functions team within Eaton to meet Eaton business requirements and operational needs
F. Motivate team members and support them to overcome project issues.
G. Monitor all project works progress, provides regular update (bi-weekly) to PMO director.
H. Foster good relationship with end user, Coloc provider, EPC & Consultant etc, maintain network with contractor, panel builder, system integrator etc.
I. Participate Project related meeting, field testing & commissioning, service activities when needs arise.
J. Create a culture of coninuous learning and help PMO team member in continuous development.
K. Actively promotes ethical and principled behavior with customers, sales, divisions & management.
L. To be committed & responsible for Eaton Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Industrial Engineering or any other Engineering
Min 8+ years of Electrical Switchboard or UPS Project management experience
Skills:
A. Hands on experience on Power distribution (Switchboard), Power quality product (UPS), proven by being an engineer, managing project at the first time of the career
B. Knowledge of various system in electrical engineering in broad range of Industry: datacenter, commercial, mining, utility, etc.
C. Familiar with switchboard / panel builder manufacturing process
D. Familiar with IEC 61439, IEC 62271
E. Switchboard & UPS testing & commissioning, service activities knowledge, hands on experience is a plus point
