    Position summary

    nitor various communication tools (i.e. policies, site and division communications)

    • Coordinate/lead training and development sessions on HR-related topics

    • Generate ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports

    • Manage employee relations matters with employees and supervisors to ensure positive work environment

    • Manage employee recognition and engagement programs to ensure a positive work environment (i.e. iERGs events, E-Stars, attendance achievement, holiday events, etc.)

    • Provide recruitment and onboarding support including assisting with requisition creation, supporting managers through the interview, off and onboarding stages

    • Other duties as assigned

    • Must be willing to occasionally work on 2nd shift"

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree; Business Administration, Psychology, or similar fields

    • 1+ years of experience in similar roles

    • Computer knowledge: Microsoft (Excel, Word, Windows), Preferable: Oracle, Time & Attendance (Kronos), Prefer: Cana & PBI

    • Knowledge in Regulatory Labor guidelines, Social Security law"

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish); verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; conflict management and managerial courage
