Industrial Controls Engineer - UAE (Customer Facing)

al automation and control products, including VFDs, soft starters, motor control systems and LV switchgear components. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to identify customer needs, propose optimal control solutions and build long term client relationships across industries.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for Industrial Control Device business growth and development in EWS, Accessible Panel builder and OEM

• Responsible for Commercial & Technical support

• Strong technical knowledge in low voltage distribution products

• Ensuring pull through business from End user, OEM and Panel Builder for ICD offer

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, SCM and Marketing to ensure market penetration

• Responsible for identifying Retail network, Technical Training, Ensuring product utilization.

• Coordination of design and approvals with support of Product management.

• Incorporate new products to enlarge product portfolio in available market.

• Interact with customers and provide techno commercial guidance on offer management related queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• 5 to 7 years of experience in LV switchgear and Industrial Control systems

• Strong knowledge in VFD and PLC design and programming

Skills:

• In depth knowledge of industrial control components, including VFDs and motor control starters

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong customer relationship management and problem solving abilities.
