Key Responsibilities
• Customer Outreach: Contact existing customers via phone and email to confirm site contact details for warranty units.
• Data Verification: Validate and update customer information in our internal systems to ensure accuracy.
• Scheduling Coordination: Work with customers to identify potential scheduling windows for warranty service activities.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications and updates.
• Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (Dispatch, and Contracts) to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide regular status updates on progress and any challenges encountered. Track progress using excel and internal ERP systems
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
• This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must reside within 80km of Toronto, ON to be considered
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers professionally.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
