Lead Engineer - System Testing & Automation

• Drive continuous improvement through development and implementation of best practices and processes
• Gain knowledge and experience in the design and application of Emergency Lighting Systems
• Ownership of Automation development and leading reviews with LT
• Communicates technical concepts and information to internal staff/peers and stakeholders; strong verbal, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Identifies opportunities for process, tools, and test methodology improvements, and drives those from concept to implementation.
• Validates customer product releases and takes responsibility for the end-result.
• Develop QA Automation strategy
• Primarily work with development teams Pune and Europe and test/automate the features developed.

Qualifications:

• B.E. (10+6 Years)

• 8+ years of experience in Software/firmware quality assurance

Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Software/firmware quality assurance
• 4+ years of experience with Java, C# programming, Python or other scripting languages.
• 4+ years of experience in automation framework development or maintenance preferably Page Object Model in Selenium
• 4+ years of experience in IOT solutions testing and API testing.
