LV Technical Support Engineer - Middle East

distributors and panel builders for Low Voltage Switchgear solutions and Circuit Protection devices in the Middle East. The role involvesensuring customers receive accurate and timely technical solutions.

What you'll do:

• Provide remote technical support for LV switchgear systems, MCCs, control panels and circuit protection devices ( MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays etc ).

• Collaborate with application engineering and product management teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Provide technical guidance on product selection, configuration and compatibility.

• Assist in pre-sales technical clarification and after - sales support when required.

• Stay updated on industry standards ( IEC ), company product updates and new technologies.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality standards during all technical interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• 5 to 7 years of experience in LV, Electrical Distribution or Industrial Control

Skills:

• In depth knowledge of LV Switchgear systems and Circuit Protection components

• Experience with Salesforce is a must

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
