Ensure talent development and transition strategies for upskilling and reskilling of talent to New spaces
Participate in external conference, relevant consortium, professional bodies to understand market insights, regulatory trends in growing EV segments and its application for growth of Eaton
Experience in differentials, transmissions, gearbox, driveline components will be an added advantage
Qualifications:
Bachelor / Masters in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, with demonstrated experience in technical engineering organization.
8~15 years of experience with relevant engineering organization
• Proven experience in New product introduction for ICE & EV applications & cost out
• Experience in Design of Six Sigma and Design for Reliability
• Exposure to Design for Environment, Design for Manufacturing & Assembly
• Demonstrated experience in handling Powertrain customer & applications
• Demonstrated experience in managing & developing org / tech leads
• Working experience with cross functional and global team such as Sales & Marketing, Product Strategy, SCM, Manufacturing, Product Engg. & Program Management
Skills:
• Ability to prepare & execute strategy for business growthz
• Expertise in Torque Differential Powertrain product development & manufacturing
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
. Provide leadership for global cost out efforts by leading cost out projects, drive ideation events to enrich project pipeline
Promote and maintains a professional work environment, drive analysis first culture and DfX deployment for flawless execution. Maintain effective communication both verbal & written with customer, team members and cross functional departments.
Manages and develops people: identify, attract and develop key engineering talent(s) for the organization
