• For new products, ME needs to coordinate functional teams (R&D, Sourcing...etc.) inside and outside Xinfa to finish new product production verification procedure. He or She is responsible to build the standard (routing and process) of production, Develop the WIs /PFEMA/ Tooling / Fixtures for production, train the operators and conduct other tasks required to set up the line;

• Lead or participate the CI kaizen projects/ suggestions to Improve the process by ELSS and CIF.

• Independently or work together with other teams to improve manufacture by designing or improving mould or device.

• Support EHS coordinator on the EHS assessment / improvement of responsible line.

• Other tasks from the managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above

• At least 5 years

• Technology and manufacture experience of MV cold shrink products

• CAD and so on

• Good written and oral English
