    Position summary

    ficiency/quality control.

    • Develop manufacturing technology, lead production line automation and digital intelligence transformation.

    • Responsible for the development of standard working hours, the overall promotion, audit and improvement; through the IE approach, optimization and improvement of the process, fixtures and fittings, staffing and structure;

    • Develop and lead programs to improve process and capability continuously.

    • Lead and implement projects to optimize the layout.

    • Responsible for leading and implementing the work related to the appointment, training and assessment of employees within the ME department.

    • Strong safety knowledge and sense to support operation safety.

    • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    • Include or above bachelor degree;

    • 8+ working experiences;

    • Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering knowledge;

    • Well communication and motivation;
