Position summary

Develop manufacturing technology, lead production line automation and digital intelligence transformation.
Responsible for the development of standard working hours, the overall promotion, audit and improvement; through the IE approach, optimization and improvement of the process, fixtures and fittings, staffing and structure;
Develop and lead programs to improve process and capability continuously.
Lead and implement projects to optimize the layout.
Responsible for leading and implementing the work related to the appointment, training and assessment of employees within the ME department.
Strong safety knowledge and sense to support operation safety.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Include or above bachelor degree;
8+ working experiences;
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering knowledge;
Well communication and motivation;
