updates Goods Issue Dates (Re-GID) and sends to Marketing, plus is involved extensively in cleaning up past due orders. The Master Scheduler must understand the Sales Order/Customer Service systems to get sales orders scheduled timely. The Master Scheduler reviews the planning bills of materials and has input into the sales forecast on a monthly basis.
Essential Job Functions:
Work with the SIOP Group to establish weekly production plans based on history, forecasts, and new opportunities. Load and manage the MPS plan in the ERP system.
Does the coding for top level PN's incl. review of proper order policies, lead times considering manufacturing bottlenecks and constraints.
Responsible for lead times published to the sales force, customers, and internal employees.
Responsible for ensuring all sales orders are scheduled in a timely manner and within established constraints.
Gathers data for the Weekly Business Review Meetings. Weekly firms the MPS schedule at the firming time fence. Discuss issues with the operations team and determines demonstrated capacity.
Responsible for the management of the past due finished goods inventory $s and creating the FGI profiles at the end of each month.
Manage the Reserve Production Planning system by establishing the CIRs in SAP. Includes entry and scheduling of the CIR. The order scheduler will relieve the CIR with new orders. In addition, the master scheduler will enter CIRs for critical international customer orders.
Plans, schedules, and directs weekly unit release to drive manufacturing activity as required to support the master production schedule. Planning includes setting priorities, rescheduling, plant load management, Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Communicates and obtains consensus on sales order reschedules due to manufacturing delays and constraints.
Responsible for changes and expedites of customer orders. Communicating with both Manufacturing and CSC.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or minimum of 3 years of Operations/MPS Experience
1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain or Operations.
One year of experience with Excel (high proficiency with Pivot Tables, vlookups)
Must be eligible to work in the https://U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service Member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft products Excel and Access
Possess a background in SAP or another ERP system
APICS CPIM certification is preferable
