    Position summary

    • Assist department manager for data reporting and maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and timely.
    • Assist department manager for process (SIOP & customer management & material planning & Inventory management) review and optimize to meet business requirement
    Lead planning team to fully engage project for material readiness and as material contactor to coordinate into material team to meet project requirement
    • Backup as materials manager once absence

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • More than 5 years' work experience in planning, and at least 2 years' experience of Auto industry

    Skills:

    • Good command in English communication
    • Proficient in Oracle, MS-Office Software, such as Word, excel, PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication skill
