**What you'll do:**  
  

-   The MTL Technical Service Engineer is primarily responsible for providing technical expertise and deliver technical solutions and support to customers and internal teams.
-   Handle customer complaints, feedback on on-site problems and fix it with team .
-   Conduct root cause analysis and assist in resolving issues for isolating barriers and surge protectors (SPD) .
-   Provide pre-sales technical support to customers as per sales requests, including product specification clarification and application suitability guidance .
-   Deliver technical training on products to internal sales teams and external customers .

  
**Qualifications:**  
  

-   Bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field .
-   At least 5 years of automation technology experience in the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry.
-   Explosion-Proof Knowledge, Isolating Barriers, Instrumentation and Control Systems, Safety Integrity Levels, Temperature Measurement and Compensation
-   Communication Protocols
-   Good at English Reading
-   Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team coordination skills
