    What you'll do:

    • Create and analize daily production data and information to identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Investigate and collect route case issues for productivity loss from the team leaders and manufacturing cells, and propose improvements.

    • Work closely with Production Leader and the wider production team to achieve daily, and monthly outcomes based on company goals.

    • Support the daily production meeting, engage with cross functional teams, support cross functional collaboration.

    • Record daily escalation from the daily production meeting and follow up actions and functions.

    • Create monthly reports to management on key production metrics, and make suggestions for improvement.

    • Support shop floor continous improvement activities, learn lean principles and EATON continous improvment framework.

    • Other activities related to production management requested by the Production leader not listed above.

    Qualifications:

    • Engineering degree
