    Position summary

    that help develop and sustain a continuous improvement culture;

    5、Integrate the requirements of all these EBS elements / tools with the processes for deploying ELSS, reviewing progress and sustaining the benefits. Assessment participation and follow up EBS Elements / Tools closely related to ELSS: EQS(Eaton Quality System), PROLaunch(Eaton New Product Development Process), EHS and MESH, Materials Management, Strategic and Annual Plans, EBS Pull, OpA, etc;

    6、Suppor plant I4.0 strategic planning and promote the implementation of smart manufacturing for plant operations;

    7、Collect the CI related EHS and track the progress.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or above
    8 years minimum of experience in lean manufacturing, etc.

    5 years' experience managing people

    Skills:

    CPM and Six Sigma Greenbelt would be an plus advantage;Ability to work in a matrix environment, get results and drive change through others
    Good command of English in both Verbal & Written;People manager with strong team leadership skills, good interpersonal skills and a team player;Possess good business acumen and effective negotiation skills;Ability to manage by facts and data combined with solid analytical skills and creative problem solving skills & problem solving experience.
