    Position summary

    pports growth, and minimizes business risks within a field services and large construction projects organization. This includes 60 field service locations and 5 low-volume high-mix manufacturing/retrofitting locations across the US.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Accountable for inventory management oversight, developing monthly forecasting, and bridging to actuals in partnership with Finance Team.
    • Lead inventory improvement projects across the division focused on the reduction of DOH, Gross Inventory, E&O, and Aged Inventory.
    • Lead the divisional Material Cost-out process, support goal development and build pipeline of projects.
    • Accountable for accurate monthly reporting in partnership with Finance
    • Deliver on annual divisional Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) Profit Plan goals through management of new supplier terms and improving existing suppliers terms
    • Continue the evolution of the divisional commodity strategies (Indirect, Direct, Field Service Subcontractors and Logistics) and align with the sector and corporate strategies to drive supplier consolidation, improved quality, on-time delivery and cost-out.
    • Ensure adequate centralized support to drive organizational deployment of strategies.
    • Lead transformation of supply chain partnership with Technical Application Support Teams (Proposal Team) and Sales
    • Act as functional leader of all Procure to Pay (P2P) procedures and policies to support internal controls and universal adoption of policies.
    • Support all internal audits as applicable and resolution of corrective actions
    • Implement sustainable reviews and reporting to maintain controls
    • Lead discussions with Global Financial Shared Services to drive continuous improvements where inefficiencies exist.
    • Build organizational capability by leading and developing (4) SCM direct reports and (3) indirect report within the EESS Supply Chain Function
    • Responsible for supplier quality in partnership with the quality function.
    • Develop and deploy system that complies with SCM policies and supports the flexibility of the spot-buy purchase requirements of a field service organization.
    • Oversee the purchase of goods and services for government projects and support compliance with government regulations and small business diversification goals
    • Drive continuous improvement within the subcontracting agreement template, tools and processes in partnership with Risk Manager, Contracts and Legal to mitigate business risk.
    • Devise effective supply chain analytics that enable the business and site locations to improve performance.

    Position Criteria

    • Broad understanding of accounting principles
    • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management Skills
    • Ability to review and negotiate supplier contractual terms and agreements
    • Demonstrates strong skills in supplier selection, sourcing, and commodity management process
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills necessary to converse with diverse group of stakeholders
    • Experience driving change and getting results through others across a large distributed workforce
    • Experience operating in a large matrix organization

    Qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:
    • 5 or more years of management/supervisory experience
    • 10 or more years of experience with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OPEX and/or related support functions.
    • 3 or years of experience as a leader of people.
    • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working for a field services or construction project management organization that is also an OEM
    • APICS or CPIM Certification

    Education:
    • An Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution is required
    • An Advanced degree is preferred

    The expected annual salary range for this role is $136500.03 - $200200.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
