Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and epics to meet customer and business needs
Own the product backlog, manage, and prioritize user stories, continuous improvements, and technical enablers
Manage and allocate product funding and the team's time across full lifecycle activities
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing coaching to develop and elevate performance.
Partner with user experience and engineering leads to define and prioritize work, aligning to the overall experience strategy and direction
Develop and maintains product-specific persona and customer journeys
Partner with business stakeholders and customers, understanding their priorities and defining business outcomes and KPIs .
Support the decomposition of epics into features and features into user stories; Define product use cases and acceptance criteria
Ownership for product governance including data, policy, cybersecurity and usage
Support continuous process improvement activities across product processes (agile scrum, DevSecOps)
Gather voice of the customer and ensure that it is a consistent input into product processes
Qualifications and Experience:
15+ years' experience as a project manager/engineer or program lead for complex technology programs within a global manufacturing industry leader, 5+ years direct people management.
Extensive experience with product Lifecycle management (PLM) technologies and business processes; Enovia experience preferred
Proven ability to drive transformational change initiatives, engaging critical stakeholders, and executive level leaders
Practical knowledge of and experience working within agile scrum and/or Kanban delivery teams
Understanding of DevSecOps principles, familiarity with modern technology architecture principles including APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
Ability to make bata-based decisions - Passion for great customer experiences
Financial and budget management experience
Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries, with diverse, global cultures
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, Master's Degree preferred
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without sponsorship.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $172,500.03- $253,000.04 a year.
