• Establish channel management strategy for India to support our customers, develop new distributors, resellers, maintain current distributors, resellers to penetrate market & increase market share.
• Prioritize promotion of the key products, identify the product gaps, create NPRDS (New product requests) and recommend the routes to fill the product gaps by working with global product management and engineering teams.
• Generate New business opportunities & increase revenue for assigned and new customers in the region.
• To collaborate with local customer service team to on all commercial aspects (Pre order and Post order) to support customers.
• Use CRM to maintain NBOs & project pipeline to ensure alignment with the business plan & visibility.
• To be responsible for cash flow payments, credit concessions and account.
• Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
BE-Electrical/Mechanical
Min 8-10 year of experience on Connector or electrical component sales or marketing position for India Industrial Market Segment
