Position summary

What you'll do:

Eaton's Fuel & Motion Control Systems Division has an opening for x2 Production Apprentices.

These roles will be based at Bedhampton site on a 37 hour per week contract with supported day release and study time.

The successful candidate will undertake a Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering/Fitter through PETA Ltd. covering basic engineering skills. Eatonwill provide a detailed training programme covering all business disciplines, culminating in a sound knowledge of Manufacturing.

You will have the opportunity to work in various manufacturing areas including Machine Shop, Assembly & Test and Repairs, finalising in the Aftermarket area. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work within our Support Functions that include Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Pass grade in GCSE's (minimum of grade '4' for Maths and English)

The successful applicant will be in contact with US ITAR controlled technology, goods and information. As a condition of employment, employees with access to US ITAR controlled technology and goods may be required to undergo an additional screening process as part of the recruitment process.
