ect for multiple software projects by owning and maintaining proPM (central project management repository), ensuring timely update and management reporting including, scope, accomplishments, highlights, lowlights, risk, financials etc..

• Coordinates all risks and requirements of the project. This is accomplished by planning, controlling, integrating all project activities and deliverables and measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved.

• Provides periodic project updates (Program Status Report - Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (https://e.g., technical, cost, and schedule). Provides updates to the business units as well as divisional levels.

• Manage effective stakeholder and team communications. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Communication and manage customer expectations and contractual commitments internal to the business. Ensure effective change management process is utilized

• Mentor Agile teams on best practices and quality of user stories; Drive requirements meetings with product owners and work with business analysts, Embedded software architects, and other scrum masters to break down and load user stories

• Align the multiple software release dependencies with other Embedded/Non-Embedded software platforms to insure coverage and acceptance criteria

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to include product owners from multiple product teams, Embedded Dev-QA teams, business analysts, software quality assurance, and DevOps teams

• 10 Years +

• Software Project Management, Jira, Confluence, ERP based project tracking tools, Microsoft Project Plan, PowerBI, Scrum, Scaled Agile, Capacity planning and forecasting
• PMP certified
• Strong Communicator, Team work and collaboration skills, mentoring and coaching, critical thinking, change management
